Change
To modify the movie dimension and framerate. Note that changing a movie framerate will also modify all text object Entry and Exit timing if they are using a Text Effect category.
Higher framerate will result a smoother movie but a framerate that is too high may also make the movie to play jerky if the computer where the movie is playing is not fast enough. As a rule of thumb, a framerate between 12 to 30 is quite acceptable.
Compress movie
To enable/disable compression in the published SWF file. It is recommended that you keep this setting enabled to make sure the published SWF is as smallest as possible.
